侧安装一个铝液泵，将铝液从反射炉中抽出打入熔化室，

熔化后的铝液重新流入反射炉中加热，解决了易烧损和浮

在铝液表面难以下沉等难点达到回收率高，成本低，烧损低。

Aluminium chips and scraps melting and recycling process adopts double chamber,aluminum liquid pump will be installed on the outside of the reverberatory furnace.The aluminum liquid is pumped out of the reverberatory furnace and driven into the melting chamber.The molten aliuminum iquid is re-flowed into the reverberatory furnace for heating,which solve chips and turnings easy burning loss,floating on the surface of the aluminum liquid and difficult to sink problems.Features with high recovery rate,low cost and low burning loss.
